  • If the eSIM was not delivered or activated.
  • If there was a technical failure that we could not resolve, and it prevented the eSIM from functioning as promised.

  • If the customer made an error during the purchasing process.
  • If the eSIM was used, even partially.
  • If the customer is moving to an area not covered by our service.
  • If eSIM is not installed and used within one month, it will not be refunded.
